My kids finished up their preschool for the year, I am kinda sad! I definitely loved having them both go at the same time. They both went to the same preschool I went to when I was little, The Little Red Schoolhouse. Katelyn had her cute little graduation and we loved it! She had a cute little part to "animal crackers" her part said:
"my mother said, my little pet, you oughta to learn the alphabet. So in my soup I used to get all the letters of the alphabet. I learned them all from all from A to Z, now my mother's giving me...animal crackers in my soup!" She did so great! I couldn't believe she dared to do that...she can not be my child!
I will try to get a video up of it, I know you are dying to see it! haha!
This has been so fun for both my kids, they have both gained a lot of preschool, I can't believe I have a kindergartner!
Tate in his classroom!
Katelyn and a friend!
Preston got her some flowers for graduating!
Katelyn and her friend Jerzi, they are the cutest little friends!
The Graduate! We are so proud!
K doing her part!
"that's my flag"
I took this picture before at the park, I thought she looked so cute!

Birdhouses

There is a cutest little pond in Ogden where we love to go feed the ducks and play at the park. My kids have been wanting to put our own birdhouse up there on tree, there are other ones all over! Preston got to work and made these. The kids helped with the painting if you can't tell. Tate's is blue and Katelyn's is hot pink! It has been fun to go up there and visit them and fill them with food. Hopefully it stays warm so we can have more days to do it!

Viva Las Vegas
This past weekend me and my homies went down to Vegas for a fun little girls getaway. The majority of our time was spent shopping, laying out, and eating and chatting- what else would mom's be doing without their kids right, besides a male stripper show! We stayed at the Mandalay Bay, which is so nice! We also squeezed in a few runs on the strip, that may be the last time I do that. We went at about 7 AM and there will still people awake from the night before! We saw, and Smelled, some seriously nasty junk! We had a really great weekend, we were sad we missed some of you but I am already excited for our girl's trip next year! Thanks for the great weekend girls!

Just a few shots on the strip, Britt's pink purse makes me laugh :)
this is our "sassy" faces

And Shar, thanks for the pics, you are always on top of that! I couldn't post the freaky pic of me dude!

Mudder Dear I Wuv you so...
I had a fabulous Mother's day as always! For my present, Preston sent me away to Vegas with my favorite girlies and it was a blast! It was so sweet to come home to my family and my Laundry was all done! Yes, the laundry is ALL DONE! I am pretty sure that hasn't happened since I have had Ty! We had a great day yesterday. We ate some yummy french toast complete with whip cream mustaches, went to church where K & T sang, took naps, went on a bike ride, ate a tasty dinner made by Preston, and just relaxed. I love being a Mother so much - I wouldn't choose to be doing anything different! Yea, some days are crazy and I don't get my laundry done, but I still love it and I love my little babes! And no matter how nuts my days can be with three kids, I know I can do it and I am happy to do it! Anyways, enough of the sappy stuff...happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful mommies!

Jazz Bear

The Jazz Bear came to visit Preston's work last week and of course we wouldn't miss it! Tate was in heaven! I sometimes think the mascots remember him from previous games and try to avoid the kid. Tate loves anyone wearing a big animal suit! The bear was a good sport as usual though!

New DO

Tate has been insistent on doing his own hair every day. He likes lots of gel and then spends like 10 minutes combing it. It usually turns out to be completely combed over from one side to the other. I can sometimes mess it up a little, but he gets annoyed. He has been on a hair kick you could say. Today we were getting the oil changed on our car and I was talking to this guy, who was probably 30. Tate comes over and says "mommy, why dat guy have no hair" I said I don't know. He said "he like a baby"...luckily the guy was very nice and just laughed, ah well!
