Let the traditions begin

Halloween is getting close so it is time to get into the festivities. Each year we do one of these gingerbread haunted houses the first FHE of the month. We kept seeing them in the stores and Katelyn really couldn't contain herself anymore. She loves to make it and eat it! Tate ate pretty much every jelly bean, and then he wanted to do something else. Even though Halloween is not my favorite holiday, I am excited for the other Halloween festivities that we have coming up too. I am working on the costumes and can't wait to see my kids in them. I think they will be so cute! Anyone for a party???

I love your haunted houses. What do you mean mixed reviews? I think they'll be really cute. At least you don't make them be scary monster guys, right?

Those are so cute, where did you get them? We LOVE halloween, it is my favorite holiday! We've had a halloween/bday party for koy the last 4 years but i think i'm not doing it this year :( I'm not in the mood. How sad is that!?! We'll have to get together and go to Frightmares though, that would be fun!!

Awesome pictures, Ash! My Halloween traditions consist of dragging my feet to get the decorations out and then doing absolutely nothing until Halloween day. You have inspired me to do more.....maybe
